Thank you for reading my story. The Ascent is a Medium partner pub, like BetterMarketing or Entrepreneur's Handbook. All my stories used to be chosen for further distribution immediately. However, I've recently stopped publishing with the Ascent as it takes over 7 days to get published (or see a note about rejection.)

If you don't see an immediate curation note, Medium might have changed the partnership agreement with the Ascent. I will double-check it and update the article shortly.
