My website: 2-5 hours a week, depends on my to-do list.

My newsletter: 1 hr max a week

Promoting my Gumroad products: I don't do anything extra except for featuring them in my content.

My clients: usually 20+ hours a week

I have a lot of projects that run simultaneously. That's why I set priorities, such my my client work and my website content. All the rest tasks, like website design, redesign, or technical issues are secondary.
