I get what you say as I've been in the same shoes.

The more I learn, the more opportunities I discover, the more things I want to try.

I solve this challenge by setting 3 focus goals every year, like doubling my monthly income or moving to a new country.

Now, everything I do (or plan to do) should help me reach these goals.

If a new opportunity shifts my focus from my goals, it's a big "no" or a downgrade in the list of priorities.
