I agree with your point of view. The corporations and some companies indeed make employees feel like losers at some point.

I've also seen how some individual creators share their success stories without mentioning the truth and pain points and encourage people to quit their jobs to build their own "freedom."

Well, freedom should be based on respect and truth. Otherwise, it's just a fake promise.
