I'd recommend WordPress if you want to create a blog that should exist for a long time and rank on Google. I've worked with WordPress, Hubspot pages and Wix, but WordPress proved to be the best. Although, it's my subjective opinion. :)

If you just need an environment for personal blogging, Wix constructor is a fast and affordable solution. They also have basic SEO optimization tools.
