It's sooo true! I feel under a big pressure at my full-time job and imagine after the intense day at work I do writing on Medium and work on my website. I am quite sure you know how it feels.

I can also relate to the second point you made - it's super hard for me to work after lunch. I am most creative in the morning too. This is why I try to schedule my days accordingly.
