You did your best and continue doing a great job for your customers.
This person just wanted to spread his hate on the web. It's unprofessional and disrespectful. It's his problem, not yours.
Once, I had a similar situation with my ebook. I emailed the customer who left a 3-star review, and he said: "I expected more from your ebook." He didn't mention anything else. Lol.
